MIDAS is a talent development consultancy and weekly creative club designed to help artists reach their full potential.
Founded by Benjamin Michael, MIDAS brings together artists, creatives and industry professionals in a structured environment focused on career progression, collaboration and practical industry knowledge.
Each week artists meet in Central London for a six-hour creative session designed to help them develop their craft, build connections and gain access to the resources required to succeed in the music industry.

Benjamin Michael is a performer, promoter and creative figure who emerged from London’s influential late-1980s and 1990s club culture. His early career began as a dancer at the legendary Mud Club, working alongside nightlife impresario Philip Sallon and within the wider scene surrounding Boy George and the New Romantic movement.

Michael went on to collaborate with pioneering Chicago house vocalist Daryl Pandy, assisting on his UK tour and later performing with him on various occasions.
In London’s club scene, Michael produced and promoted Club Fame at Bar Industria alongside Sister Bliss of Faithless fame. He also performed with the Fetish Crew at iconic venues and events including Hammersmith Palais and Tribal Gathering, appearing alongside Shaun Ryder and Bez of Happy Mondays, Chemical Brothers, Underworld and Happy Mondays.

Phoenix is an emerging UK DJ and cultural figure with 111k followers, known for eclectic sets fusing Afrobeats, house, and R&B. Based in London, she has built her reputation through high-energy performances, a Soho residency, and back-to-back Glastonbury appearances in 2024 and 2025. Beyond the decks, she has partnered with Adidas and eBay on brand activations, and featured in a Channel 4 documentary on nepotism in the music industry - establishing her as an authentic voice for her generation.

Woody is a globally touring DJ and producer whose high-energy sets have graced venues from New York and Iceland to Spain, Germany, and back home at Fabric and Ministry of Sound. With a dynamic, eclectic style and an instinctive ability to read and move a crowd, he delivers unforgettable performances every time.

Jasmine is a London-based DJ delivering high-energy sets rooted in house music and its global offshoots — UK funky, tribal, Afro house, Amapiano, and dancehall. Blending percussive rhythms, bass-led grooves, and soulful vocals, she combines musical storytelling with instinctive crowd-reading — adapting to every space while keeping her signature warmth and bounce intact.
